Community Association Management: Founded in 1973 and headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, our national presence includes more than 900 team members serving 180,000 households across ten states. No wonder nearly 220 communities across the country have trusted us to transform households into homes and turn neighbors into friends. These include some of the nation’s most successful master-planned communities including: Celebration, Florida; Daybreak, Utah; Valley Ranch, Texas; and Estrella, Arizona.

At CCMC, we are particularly proud that 80% of our managers hold professional designations and certifications. This has earned CCMC the coveted Accredited Association Management Company® (AAMC ®) designation.

Pre-Development Consulting: CCMC also provides budget forecasting, community governance review, and lifestyle consultation in the early planning stages of new communities. From pre-development consulting to full-service community association management, CCMC works in partnership with our clients to transform each community’s unique vision for neighborhood life into a sustainable reality.
