MSI was formed to provide homeowners association management services. This involves taking in assessments homeowners pay and then assuring that services are provided. Some of the services are provided "first-hand". This includes full service accounting, delinquency follow-up, budgeting, reserve planning, newsletters, agendas, minutes, and conducting meetings.  It also involves overseeing the Covenant and Rule violation enforcement program and administering the Design Review program.
