OUR EXPERIENCE:

Northwest Property Management boasts a very experienced staff of 40 employees, twelve (12) of whom are licensed Property Managers. Our Property Managers have 5 to 30 years of Association Management experience and their backgrounds and education include Accounting, Finance, Construction, Real Estate and Customer Service. We also have a top notch Financial/Accounting Department with a staff of 5, one of whom is also a CPA.

Our excellence in Association management is evident by the longevity of the clientele we service, many of whom have been our clients for more than twenty years!

MAINTENANCE AND CONSTRUCTION:

Northwest Property Management also has a separate maintenance division – EMT Construction. Their experienced staff has an average of 20+ years in the commercial and residential construction trades. We can handle the full spectrum of repairs from routine work orders to large capital improvement projects. The EMT staff is also available 24/7 to promptly handle those after hours’ emergencies. Owners can rest easy when EMT is on the job!
